How can I track my consignment after it's been collected?

If requested, we provide a tracking number and link to track your driver in real-time through our website.

What's the maximum size and weight of items you can deliver?

Can I change the delivery address after the driver has collected?

It may be possible to change the delivery address if the driver has not yet delivered, however there may be an additional charge. Please contact our team for assistance.

What's your policy for hazardous or restricted items?

We can deliver some hazardous items but it requires a ADR trained driver, so please inform our team at the time of booking.
